I ordered the filet mignon which was perfect. My wife ordered the prime rib special. The lobster bisque never arrived, the desert took forever, and we had to ask several times for a soft drink. I'll still eat there because I really like it, but they were off their game this past Sunday.

Total disappointment! This was always my favorite restaurant at the Tropicana and I would not return after this past visit. The service was terrible. We were seated and not greeted by a server for at least 15 minutes. The food was mediocre for very expensive prices &the decor looks tired and not kept up. The best part about dining here is the view; but that is not enough to make me return.

After two times to this place definitely can confirm Nothing special at all about this place and much better options in AC not to mention much better options in Trop

I had called before coming to ask if I could bring cupcakes for my friend's birthday and was told yes. When we got there and were sitting at the bar the hostess said no outside food was allowed. That was disappointing. Our server was new and did a great job. We did have to shout at one another because of how loud it was in there. I understand it was a Saturday.

Poor service, rooms are old and outdated. Elavators and escalators are questionable.

We had a 6:00 reservation and were not served until 7:30. There was a private party down the hall and obviously they were understaffed! It was a disgrace…

Food wasn’t good….basically bar food. Everyone in our party was disappointed

Chicken and steak were bland. The stuffed salmon was barely stuffed. Our party of 6 was mostly disappointed. The only thing that was good was the broiled seafood combo. Won’t be returning. update someone called from the restaurant and apologized for our disappointment and wished we had expressed it at the time. I really appreciated that.
