The actual entrance on the Chelsea side was chained off and closed which would have been the easiest access. Instead we had to walk in several directions and get on two different elevators to get there. The waitress didn’t give us silverware to start of and didn’t automatically give us water. Might sound petty but I heard this was a decent place to eat. Worst place I have ever been for a higher class restaurant. Table beside us was extremely LOUD and no one did anything about it! Complained but didn’t help. We could barely hear our table talk. Will think hard about going back.

The restaurant was nice. The food was good but I ended up not being able to finish my dish there was a metal wire in my shrimp from the grill brush.

Beautiful looking dining room, much to noisy though, we ordered the Stuffed Shrimp they were not jumbo they were medium size but tasty. Because the air conditioning was blowing high that made it uncomfortable room tempature wise, and also made our food get cold quickly. Our server was the worst. The lobster bisque was very good. The value was good. The women who served us was rude and non attentive. One of her co-workers said that people complain about her often. We probably will not go back to the Chelsea Five.

Our Server didn’t pay attention to us until the end. We rcvd our food. Then he didn’t come back until we were finished. It was mediocre. Nothing really to speak of for a vegetarian. Salad had two tiny tomatoes, sliver of onion and a cucumber. Not impressive. I barely had enough to eat. Risotto was ok. Stuffed shrimp just ok. We paid and left. Nothing fabulous here

The good: our waiter, Jamie, was fantastic. He provided excellent service. Our waitress from last year recognized us and said hello, so overall, the staff is excellent. The bad: There was a fistfight and it took security an incredibly long time to come. It was pretty frightening to witness as the fight came closer to the tables and everyone was scared to get involved to break it up. I had high expectations for this restaurant, but the food was a letdown. The fried calamari were over cooked and tough. My wife's pasta was also over cooked. Unfortunately, I will not be going back.
