We’ve dined at Chelsea before and this time the food just wasn’t as good. The soup was luke warm, the crackers were stale, the sliders were a bit greasy, and the menu was a lot more limited than was online. We were disappointed and don’t know if we will be back. The one plus was that our waiter was great and there was no issues with the service.

So disappointing. Food had to be sent back, tuna special was awful and over cooked. Salmon was dry and overcooked along with the risotto which was a gooey mess. Brussel sprouts were not crispy at all, balls of mush. The only thing that was good was the crab meat cocktail which any 5 year old can put on a plate. Bizarrely, the hostess, even though our table was ready, made us sit at the bar first to look at our table then moved us to the table after 10 minutes, very strange! We have been here many times, always been 5 Stars. This time it was a one star. Arrived for a 5:30 reservation, seated at 5:20, only 3 tables in dining at the time, placed order few minutes later, wife order steak Rare, I ordered chicken primavera, took half hour for food to arrive, and steak was closer to medium well. Server apologized and asked if she wanted a new one but after waiting half an hour she said no.

Could’ve been 5 stars had I actually got to dine there. Made a reservation only to come and find that the restaurant wasn’t even open. There was at least 6 other people waiting around confused as to how we had reservations but the place was closed. Do better

I received a voicemail saying the restaurant was actually closed the night of my reservation and there must of been a mix up on OpenTable. I called, reached out via OpenTable and Facebook and never heard a response. All of their hours posted on basically EVERYTHING made it seem they were open. A credit card is required to book and I didn’t want to be charged for a no show!!
