Our server was accommodating but the food was not gøød especially at the price point you are paying. Ordered a steak and it was raw- sent it back and received another, still raw. Order Mozzarella curds, frozen inside. The manager came over to the table and did apologize but at this point lost our appetite. Been here numerous times, unfortunately they have taken items off their menu and the food quality is not consistent as in the past.

I can’t believe you got rid of the cheesesteak sandwich and tuna tacos. 2 best things you once offered at this restaurant. Anyone we speak to says same thing Sad. Really sad.

we waited 10 minutes for our waitress to come back to our table to pick up our bill that we had to fill out so we could charge to our room.she was just talking to some guy at another table,finely we just left.we had her oneother time and same thing never came back to see if steak was cook to order.

The restaurant was closed, how do you take reservations for a restaurant that was closed that day. You sent me notices all day about the reservation. 30 minutes before 15 minutes before. When we went to the restaurant it’s was closed.

We confirmed our Sunday 5:00pm reservation with you on Sat and everything seemed fine. We get at the Chelsea Sunday and guess what? THE RESTAURANT WAS CLOSED! Our dinner was ruined!

Had a reservation for dinner Sunday at 7pm and we showed up and they were CLOSED!!!!
