Had emergency surgery on 12/26. Dr. Fard is the best. At the time they requested $700.00 to cover what insurance did not. Insurance paid on 2/26 and my portion was $156.00. As of today my 4th inquiry about reimbursement and I keep getting the same answer. It takes a couple weeks. There is no billing number either.
Dr. Bruno at the Plainfield office was exceptional for my consult and surgery. My low rating is due to their front desk. I will never go to the Plainfield office again simply because the receptionist is completely rude. I am completely appalled that they would let someone like that work as a receptionist. She represents the whole office very poorly.
Billing not completed until a year and a half later. Unable to use supplemental because they did not bill correctly. I have been calling relentlessly for over a year. No doctor is worth the amount of effort this billing process takes in my opinion!
Great experience with this office. I had a crown that cracked which required a dental implant. The office was able to get me in right away. My insurance sent my explanation of benefits, which matched this off is final bill to the penny! Only halfway through my implant procedure but the experience so far has been great. Very little pain following extraction. Highly recommend this office for its service and integrity to the patient.
Dr Bouchelion and his team are the best!! They were all very knowledgeable about the wisdom teeth surgery and happy to help walk us through the pre and post op process. Top notch care all around. I am taking my middle son next because it was such a great experience!
Dr. Moghadam removed 4 bony-impacted wisdom teeth from my 18-year-old daughter before she went away to college. I like the fact that he knew she would need more recovery time than the initial date would have provided so he moved up the date since we were willing to go to another location. His staff was excellent in caring for our daughter. The surgery was quick and w/o complications. do not come!! big big scammers!!karen and donna are both liars and scammers! my daughter was scammed by this clinic on the first visit! she went in for a free consultation for wisdom teeth removal, after the consultation she was given a bill for $152 which she was not informed about prior! this office fails to be transparent with their billing or prices to patients. they fail to properly communicate with their patients and will give you major attitude. it is clear this office does not have appropriate training to be handling... read more
