DO NOTTTT GO HERE!! They flat out lied to me (twice) and then were very rude and accused me of lying. I came in for a consultation, at which point they took my insurance card and claimed they take my insurance. I did the surgery two weeks later (and they scanned my insurance card again), and they asked me to pay a $400 copay, which I was okay with. Dr. Krompolis did a solid job on my wisdom tooth extraction. The office staff however forgot to bill both my insurance companies for my consultation. They decided to just bill me instead. How do you just not bill insurance?? I had to fight them to bill my insurance correctly every step of the way. They also billed my insurance company for extra x-rays.
