Chris made a difficult situation look easy! Having various incomes from salary, self employed and rental income, Chris and Richard made it a smooth process. The on line application is very easy to fill out and upload documents that are needed. It made it to underwriting very quickly and everyone I was in touch with was very nice and easy to work with. I even signed my documents out of state. I highly recommend Chris and Richard to help with my next loan and to recommend him to others.
Chris was my lender for the duration of a two year home search. He wrote many, many offers for me, many times on short notice. He was fantastic to work with, always there to answer questions and a trusted advisor.
