Chris helped us close on a house in 21 days - this despite the fact the industry had just moved to a new longer disclosure period that was holding up some loans. He was super responsive and walked us through the entire loan process. He got us a great rate and saved us money on closing costs to boot. When I came from Houston, TX, I did not dream of purchasing a property in San Francisco. I was not one of rich people. I was planning to keep leasing. When I found a nice small condo, Chris convinced me that I could get a loan. I was amazed that he got me a very good rate. Chris and his team are out of this world! After working with him for our condo purchase and refi in San Francisco, we leaned on him to advise us on a big home purchase in Burlingame.
