Chris and Chris are terrific! They took in all my financial info 1 day before I wrote an offer. Pre-approval letter was sent over the very next day. 24 days later we closed with an outstanding rate. Chris Davis was able to execute when we asked for a 14 day loan contingency and 30 day close. this was our first ever offer/home purchase and so we had nothing but anxeity throughout entire process. Chris reassured us that all "issues" were both minor and expected and he did not anticipate any delays. even with the more stringent underwriting standards and scrutiny, we were able to meet both deadlines and close on time. The only delay we encountered was when the sellers needed an extra day to move out!
