We were introduced to Chris by our agent. He walked us though all the details of mortgage terms, responded promptly to all my emails with clarifications and got us a competitive rate. He was able to get the paperwork done quickly and correctly and stick to deadlines he committed to. He responded positively to my concerns and delivered everything as promised. Chris Davis and his team were just amazing. we had less than six weeks in which to approval and closing on Dec 31st.. which meant a lot had to be done by his team in a short time and over the holidays to get us over the threshold.. and he did. Chris quoted a great rate ( better than other quotes by a point) and also secured this rate for our loan. Chris worked very hard for us and kept us in the loop.great service and a pleasure to work with. highly recommended.

Chris B. and Chris D. from PMA Home Loans did an excellent job helping my husband and I with our loan to purchase our dream home in Tiburon. Chris Davis was able to execute when we asked for a 14 day loan contingency and 30 day close. this was our first ever offer/home purchase and so we had nothing but anxeity throughout entire process. Chris reassured us that all "issues" were both minor and expected and he did not anticipate any delays. even with the more stringent underwriting standards and scrutiny, we were able to meet both deadlines and close on time. The only delay we encountered was when the sellers needed an extra day to move out!

Really great experience working with Chris & his team! They were extremely thorough and accomodating. My wife and I were traveling right around our closing date, and Chris came through on extremely tight deadlines to get us approved and get our loan docs out for our signature!
