Chris did an excellent job assiting us with our loan. We were under a crunch to get everything done within 30 days. He was very responsive, returned my calls and emails quickly and made sure that I always knew where we were in the process. I would highly recommend working with Chris. PMA also had very good rates. Overall it was a great experience working with Chris and PMA.
There are two reviews here. One on PMA Home Loans and one on Chris Davis. (Chris works for PMA) Regarding PMA I had my assistant call dozens of lenders and PMA had access to the best rates and the best programs. I closed on a jumbo loan for my home purchase in April on time with a 30 year fixed with the first 10 years interest only. No other lender I found offered that.
