The hotel charges you $45 to self park your car.

Bathroom Cleaniless was awful...worst for a 5 star..toilet stained..

Horrific Experience | Unhealthy Water and Plumbing One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had coming from someone who spends 200+ days a year on the road. First, the front desk night person that checked me in was incredibly rude and abrasive at midnight when I landed. The next morning I turned on the sink and brown sludge came out and would not stop. Went down to discuss with front staff and they offered $50 credit on a 10 hr stay with no running water (the entire reason I booked was to sleep and shower in the morning)... read more

Property said it was recently renovated (within the last 3 years), yet it needed a much bigger uplift than what was presented. Dirty, overtly-scented with perfumes to cover up smells, and overall, not well-kempt.

The property is old and the rooms r old the air con was loud we didn’t sleep well but the staff were amazing and nice

Wow, what a dump. Caution to travelers: Don't let them stick you in Building C which looks and feels like a Motel 6. This was not what I expected from a Fairmont as the room and building was incredibly worn, dated, and stiff. Clearly this place had been painted 20 times since 1987. The last time I stayed in a hotel this dumpy I was in college and paid less than $100. Worse, I paid for nearly $400 a night to stay in this craphole.
