We had so many issues with our room. When we checked in the shower door would not close and there was so much bird droppings on our patio. Second day bathroom sink was clogged and the entry way light flickered. On the fourth day of our stay our room was not serviced by 3:00 pm. When I called they said they were extremely busy with many people checking out and that they would send someone to clean in an hour. Never had turn down service. Poor quality customer service This is an overhyped resort with no better amenities than other hotels in the area. As a five star rated resort, it should do a better job of treating its customers right and making sure they are taken care of and not trying to charge fees for reservations that are not even incurred by the guests staying there. I will give it one star and will not recommend to anyone I know.

For the amount that you’re paying I’ve stayed at very many different high-end hotels. This place is really rundown. It is not worth the money that is being charged won’t come back.
