This hotel is very expensive, dirty and noisy! Cheap club med but very expensive
The room configuration was ridiculous. To watch tv straight ahead you had to sit on the side of the bed? From the couch you would get a kink in your neck. Stupid lay out
Nah The fees associated with everything is ridiculous. You already spend a ton of money for the room but you literally have to spend 20 dollars here and there for anything to do. Hotel room not as nice as they make it seem. All restaurants said they were fully committed (which is fine, we just went somewhere else outside of the hotel for dinner). Not satisfied with the “5 star” resort.
no screens on high end rooms 500/night with mosquitoes coming thus inhad to leave on noisy air condition with no control of fan level some of the staff subpar on treatment if guests
