It was the last night of Christmas at the Princess, it was $80 to self park, couldn’t find a place. Went to dinner at la Hacienda, the food was cold. The manager stopped by, asked how the food was, we said it was cold. He said, he would take it off the bill. The waiter returned to the table, argued and refused to take it off the bill. Our bed was controlled by their iPhone which was broke. Called the hotel manager about the waiter, and our bed. She said, she would credit us $100, and send maintenance to our room, but didn’t ... read more

Hotel room and breakfast restaurant ac was not working Arizona 110 and no ac it's punishment to stay there restaurant staff told me management knows about this problem but don't fix it horrible I do not recommend this with this price you can have better choices in Scottsdale

My stay at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess I stayed in room B 2083. I had rented a car and wanted to self-park. I was directed to the self-park lot, which is close to building B. Once on foot, I could not find a letter on any of the buildings, so I asked the pool entrance person. I was directed to an entry that looked like a back exit to the hotel. Disappointing one-night stay Very disappointing one-night stay. Our room was very oddly shaped and incredibly noisy - the door was thin and did nothing to block the constant noises from folks talking in the hallway and the sound of luggage being dragged by. A room that wound up costing about $900 per night did not have a bathtub. Dinner at Toro Latin Restaurant required a trip via a shuttle and was mediocre; service at the Plaza Bar was slow. Dirty, smelly and old!!! NOWHERE near the 5 star rating it supposed to be! Checked in and checked out instantly! Travelers BEWARE!

Horrible service all they care about is money not taking care of their guests.

We expected this to be an “exclusive” resort experience where as a guest we would be pampered and would be the staff’s #1 priority. However, the public is allowed in to “roam” the property, use the restaurants and cocktail lounges. I would describe the main pool as a frat party experience with the “public” club above the pool, playing thumping rap music ALL DAY!!
