Staff was very rude, unhelpful, lacked patience. Room was left dirty. Overcharged multiple times on final bill. $1147.00 for 1 night. Not worth the money for what is suppose to be one of the nicest resorts in Scottsdale. We have no issue paying the money but it better be nice.

Room was very dusty. Some of the buildings need renovations. The grounds were pretty and staff is polite

We arrived and were taken to a suite that smelled like sewage. The bell hop walked in first and was going to act like nothing was wrong until my wife said something. We were temporarily moved to another room with queen beds while our king room was prepared. Our new room keys were not waiting for us at the spa like we were promised so we had to wait on them to be delivered and then our luggage wasn’t at our new room like we were promised so I had to transport it on my own. For it to be our first time staying there they put us n room 2073 which was next to a utility room which sucked cause people kept going n and. Out of the room. I booked on a non busy day a Monday/Tuesday the view from our balcony was horrible for 600 a night.

The heater didn’t work for two days and it was so cold. There were a lot of noise from the bar and the Christmas fair

Ensure room not near bar to sleep before 2am! Everything was excellent except the room became too noisy. Despite requesting a quiet room, we were placed in a room behind the main bar. This was a bit noisy the first night but just ok. The second night they had a DJ and it was LOUD. At 9 pm they offered to move us but we were in pajamas with washed clothes hanging in the bathroom. Got to sleep by putting cotton wool in our ears. Awakened at 3am by the cleanup crew for the party. Management waived the resort fee as compensation... read more
