Nice property but horrible service For what you pay the service is awful

They charged me for parking when I didn’t have a car.
It’s becoming like a community property rather than a resort. Swimming pool are full of kids, felt disgusted by the cold of the pool. Rooms, specially casitas are way too far from the pools.
The decore looked like it was Spanish architecture. The campus is very very large. Once you drive onto the property there is only valet service available. You cannot park near your building. No free bottled water in the rooms.
Dirty room not worth the price Had what we think was maybe coffee grounds (some dark substances) in both our sinks that caused them to overflow, which was absolutely disgusting. Also had stains all over our comforter from the previous person staying there I assume. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness for the price point you spend per night. I would not stay here again.
Racist People It was a horrible experience. I asked for the manager twice about an issue that was NEVER resolved. Racism is part of the issue.
