The sauna rooms are so dirty, old, and deranged. It needs updates! I'm so disappointed to go back.

The SPAS BUBBLES HAD A GROSS DIRT GILM IN IT!!!! People still put water in the steam room and the showers are disgusting. If they would clean it would be a lot better especially the SPA

Just for clarification, I only write these when employees really go above and beyond or I'm pissed about something. This one is both good and bad. On a good note; shout out to Marcus running the smoothie bar. It blows my mind that I have to wait 15, almost 20 minutes for a smoothie when 3 employees huddled together just talking behind the computers not helping anyone and they're just saying bye to members as they walk out, and no offense to the girl who was working before him but she wasn't going as fast as he was making... read more

I'm so bummed, they are raising my membership fee from $9.99 to $15.99, that's a huge difference. I absolutely love the gym and the staff, but I will be going to Golds instead. I get it, inflation etc, but that is a huge hike. My three friends canceled their memberships also. CHUZE should change their social media promos because it still says it's $9.99.

This review is for Dara F. You are an extremely unprofessional cycling instructor if you're going to kick me out of a 10am cycle class I did not have a ticket for, even tho I was in the cycle room 30 minutes before the class started. Dara was aware I was in the class and continued to start at 10am. 15 minutes go by- and she ask me " do you have a ticket? Just wanted to come here and drop an update at the unprofessionalism being showed here by chuze it's now been over a month since I made my first review mentioning the steam room being shut down... on top of that he was already shut down for about a month... it now makes way over two months the steam room has been shut down and these people can't do anything to fix it... Trash gym and I would never ever recommend this gym to anybody. If you have your membership here you should definitely consider canceling it... ZERO STARS IF... read more

UPDATE: I asked to speak to someone about this issue at the club this morning and was told that it would be a $50 fee for me to downgrade to a basic membership because there are other amenities I can use. In addition to that then I could go to garden grove to use their steam room. Bobby was professional and I'm sure his hands are tied but that's a joke. This gym hasn't been operating well. Bathroom smell like pee and there's wet spots all over the restroom. The stream room has been closed down for almost a month now. Employees seem like they don't care. They are all young and aren't professional. I wouldn't go to this location anymore and recommend others not to come. I'm very disappointed and not happy with this location and how they operate their gym.

Just like others have stated, the gym is always crowded, including the parking lot. Benches are always being hogged by gym bro or influencer packs. Their cancellation policy is also very frustrating as well. In order to cancel you have to go in person, you can't freeze your account either unless you have a very specific medical/military reason.
