Gym is always crowded and dirty. A lot of the staff are new and incompetent too. Such a shame they used to be a great gym. Do not recommend these days.

I went on Saturday afternoon 04/28/22 and had an unpleasant experience with two of the employees. I asked one about the hydro massage on how to use and she was giving me attitude already. I asked nicely and it was only one time. Only to know that she sent me to a broken machine. I came out later to ask another one about the machine didn't work and she said like it was already working and sounded like I was lying or something. Don't come here. You'll wait 30 mins to an hour and a half for a squat rack or bench.

I used to come here because it was so relaxed and laid back with their government influenced mask policy. But now they may be the first to institute a Vaccine passport overnight with the way I was harassed and embarrassed when walking in to excercise. So disappointed with the customer service. Was unfortunately approached by An employee several weeks ago with an attitude that is not the usual friendly atmosphere I'm used to at this location. Apparently my insurance no longer picked up part of my monthly fee due to my recent job change that has different insurance. It was her approach, choice of words and tone that caught me off guard. No bags on the floor is ridiculous, so I'm supposed to go to the lockers every time I need something from my bag. If your a serious fitness I wouldn't recommend, they gave me a hard time about recording with my shirt off for 30 sec. if I lift heavy on deadlifts they cry bc they wait is dropping, clearly you don't understand how heavy lifting works and you have a platform. It smells good though.
