Docking them one star because the just purchased a bunch of squat racks which is cool, but they got rid of one of their two incline leg press machines. So now there's only one available and I literally never get to use it because there's always someone there. Disappointed.

This location is very nice, same Chuze standards for cleanliness. My issue is with the kids club. I checked in my 8 yr old and 2 yr old. Told the kids club staff that my 2 yr old was being potty trained but to call me if he needed to potty. I was called into kids club and I hear my toddler screaming "somebody, somebody help me!" He was brought into the bathroom by staff, they helped him pull his pants down and left him. He peed all over himself and the staff left him locked up alone.
