This location use to be the best lately it's really bad ! It's been a month with no bars for pull down mechanics every week I talk to front desk they said we ordered it ! We still paying the full membership !!! What a management!!!

HORRIBLE customer service. I called on March to freeze my account because I'm PREGNANT. The guy over the phone said I could call again in three months to freeze my account again. So I called again today (3 months later) to freeze my account and spoke to the "assistant manager" Bridgette and said that she needs a doctors note of when I can go back to their facility and therefore could not freeze my account. We do not require doctors notes to prove that a member is pregnant, it is required so that we can confirm a start and end date for the freeze. Still the same issue now it's only worse given I've been contacted about this. My only concern at this point is make the same for everyone and not just some people allowed. If It's optional at least make it clear. There's people ordering smoothies with masks off or halfway down and every other person on the treadmill nose down. Either this place disregards this part or members here are bothered by working out while breathing hard.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere when I first started going to this gym. However, I put my stuff up in the storage lockers that being my wallet air pods and other items and came back and it was gone. I really do feel like the employees are shady here and they can bypass it. I won't be coming up here again and will be cancelling my membership ASAP. Honestly have not been back since they Re opened inside I came back this week it went horrible first day I went to the pool great amenities just noticed a lot of younger kids didn't shower before entering the pool after that I came to work out pretty full tbh heavy crowds of more than 3 and my third day back I got told he has alotta sets left on the squat rack after waiting 20 min idk idk

I used to love going to this gym but yesterday me and my boyfriend had a horrible experience with the SUPERVISOR named KATHY. She definitely have an attitude. Upon checking out, our phone wasn't charge so we asked her if she could check us out using our phone number. And I cannot believe how she responded to us! "moving forward make sure that your phone is charged" like REALLY????? Who are you to tell me what I need to do? Terrible gym all-around. They definitely care about making a "comfortable" atmosphere more than actually helping members get fit and have a great work out. There is a movie theatre, where you can watch movies, and a smoothie bar, where you can indulge in cold drinks, those are cool, but definitely not what most people expect from a gym or a fitness center lol. This gym is well ran, the equipment is nice. A pleasant surprise considering I only signed up due to the recent 24 hour fitness gym closures in November again, due to covid in OC. (stellar Black Friday deal). My only caveat; the gym will involve itself into personal/legal matters without any knowledge in the situations and the implications.
