Not safe if you put anything in the locker room. My husband likes to go to this location in anaheim, its big & a good gym. Unfortunately he put his wallet & his backpack in the locker, by the time he gets home his credit card & cash in his wallet are gone. He heard about the locker here that they are not safe but for that one time sure enough its gone. & it shows spending right away in my credit card. Today I went in to get a workout. In between my workout I pull my mask down to get a breather, and a female comes up to me warning me about the mask policy and if she caught me next time there would be consequences. I told her I needed a breather. Next workout comes around I do the same thing and she tells me to meet her up in the front. She bans me until they uplift the mask regulation. Great gym , however did not feel safe. Almost everyone had their mask pulled down their faces. The employees play an announcement to remind members to wear correctly , but nobody listens.. I wish to ensure members safety the employees would walk around reminding members that it's the Rule and Law to cover face completely . With this type of behavior I"m sure the gym can close again sooner again...

I love this gym location but please please please be careful with your items. I left my things in my LOCKED locker and came back with my wallet gone. I am lucky to still have my car unlike the other post on here. I think the suspect has allies working out in there. The workers there are amazing though. The facility is A+ but safety is an issue. Please Chuze fitness Anaheim, look more into this. It happened to me in the men's locker room.

My sister's car and all her stuff inside her locker were stolen here last night. Please be careful with the things you leave inside your locker. She left her backpack inside her locked locker. Her car key was inside. The thieves tried to use her card at a gas station and we sent their photos to the gym but they said they can't do anything about it. They also posted signs inside the lockers not to leave your things inside the car and leave them inside the lockers but the lockers can be broken into.

The staff here is friendly. I'm always greeted upon entering and leaving. I appreciate this small gesture. I cant speak too much about the general gym area as I come here just to swim. For the most part, I enjoy swimming here. But there are a couple of things that I wish wasnt the case. First, I wish the people using the sauna and steam room would stop taking the swim kick boards to sit on in the sauna and steam room (I assume that's what they're doing with them, but who knows?). my brother said his chuze membership downgraded so he could no longer bring in guests. He needed a ride there and back and I didn't want to go home just to come back or wait in the car so I decided to work out too. Because he can't bring in guests, i downloaded the app for a guest pass. While I was downloading the app he went inside first. I was a member of this gym since their opening and was very happy with it at first; the staff was the friendliest I've encountered at any gym, the spaces were always clean, and they also had a cardio theater if you wanted to get away from the crowd in the main area. The classes are really great as well. However, I recently decided to cancel my membership. They deleted my previous review. And I'll keep re writing it until it sticFront desk was exptremely rude and completely discouraged me from ever wanting to step into that overcrowded gym ever again. I used to be a loyal customer since they opened in cypress . But no more. Equipments nice and new! I'll give them that. But good luck ever being able to use it due to it being crowded.
