1 trip, no repeat. Going into the parking/valet area in front of the hotel was confusing as it being that it was our first time there. There was no workers around to ask questions until you went inside to the front desk. Front desk did not give much of a greeting in welcoming us into the hotel. I checked in, was given a room card and was told to just head up the flight of stairs or escalator. was ok but won’t be back. traveling with an infant was tired from night before the day of check out housekeeping knocked on the door every 30 minutes starting at 10 to see if we were gone yet and every time I told her I’m not leaving till checkout at 12. beds were very uncomfortable. The circus is great for the kids lots for them to do.
