Trash in the sheets I found trash in between sheets in my bed and there was mold coffee grinds in the keurig coffee maker Friendly staff

Disappointing Had the worst experience because next door neighbors were blasting boom box music and were loud all night. Security had to tell them to be quiet a few times, but they didn’t stop

I won't stay here again Alot The hotel staff that checked us inn didn't listen to anything we requested and said a racial slur also room had broken doorknob in the bathroom...seen cockroach in the room ice machine on the floor wasn't working....horrible experience with circus circus

Disappointing When we first walked into out room it smelled like pot. The view was nonexistent and we had people trying to enter our room. Wasn't any gift shops open at all, which sucked because I always buy souvenirs from the hotel I stay at. Was disappointed that there were no card tables to play either. Food selections were not good either.

I have stayed in Reno several times and usually at this facility but before I return I may stay else It took 3 try’s to get a room that was clean. First 2 rooms they gave us were dirty. Beds messed up and towels left on floor. Room not cleaned while we were here even though we asked to have it done.

overpriced It seemed hardly any of the food places were open, the gift shops were closed so I couldn't shop for gifts. also we were locked out of our room every time we left and returned our card for the room would not open the door. Each time we had to either go down to registration wait in line and explain, have new cards issued, get in line for the elevators, then finally get back into the room. we did this 5 times over 3 days and it really took a lot of our time. the location is good since it is located with quick access... read more

Bad we had a confirmation # for our reservation, a copy for proof and we still had to wait in line that was just too long. there were only 3-4 cust svcs reps working the line, and yet we saw others that could have helped but didn't. also long lines to use the elevator to get to our room. crazy procedure. I will not return to your hotel. very dissatisfied!!!!!!! the room, bathroom very clean. . . . .
