Not happy Smelt, the line just to get in elevator took like 15 min. Soo many people cause apparently there was some convention going on. Had no coffe cups in room and one roll of toilet paper. Asked for a king bed got a queen.

Disappointing The hotel is outdated, the entire strip of Reno needs to be upgraded. It’s sad to see it so run down. Location

Fair The elevator to the tower rooms was not working when we arrived, the bed/pillows were not comfortable, the shuttle from the tower to the lobby was not working when we left price and location and cleanliness

I’ve been coming here for the past 10-years and it’s steadily declining. This is the worst experienc Long lines to register (45-mins), long lines to get on the elevator (35-mins), most restaurants are closed Monday - Friday (only Piettro Pizza and Panda Express), long wait times for restaurants Saturdays and Sundays), no room service, and cleaning staff only came around every other day, so clean towels and coffee weren’t available every day. The location was convenient, but that’s all.

Somehow satisfied Only issue is the charges that are too high then original price when I booked the rooms. I ended up paying additional $87 for each room after paying $230 before checking in. Original price at time of booking was $59 & $79 . This hidden fees are too high and not worth it. Rooms are exactly the same but they said one is deluxe and other supreme ..

Won’t stay there again, Atlantis had same rate and much cleaner and nicer Rooms were disgusting, shower did not drain and no hot water. Bed uncomfortable old pillows. Everything was old. No floor map of facility. No amenities like a pool or? Maid was knocking on door to early staff was short and rude.
