Property and staff Room had pieces of candy found a kids toy,the celling on the bathroom had yellow spots , room didn’t had no microwave, took the kids to play some of the staff had a bad attitude, bartender also had a bad attitude because we didn’t know what to order I believe his name was mark Good food

Very Poor Used caps in the room, you can’t find drink water, room isolation is bad so we couldn’t sleep because of the shouting and laughing of the people in the side room late after midnight I tried to play at the slot machine just for fun but it seams it is impossible to gain just designed to loose. It was bad experience I like nothing

VERY disappointed Room care. Had to find room cleaner for toilet paper. Coffee maker inoperable. No room temperature control, room phone inoperable, dusty and unvacummed room. Paper and toy ball on floor. There was no breakfast. Closest open restaurant was usually over an hour wait to be seated. It was the only restaurant OPEN! (For breakfast).

Fair Having to move rooms with luggage after getting to our room in the skytower, we had 4 women almost unpacked and went to plug in cell phone to charge and the wall with the television, refrigerator and desk had no power to anything on that side of the room, had to repack and move everything to the main tower. Luggage and bowling balls are not fun to have to haul from tower to tower.

Bowler There was a smelly skunk order in the hallway of the elevators on the 3rd floor. The carpet is old and an eye soar when walking into your room and getting off the elevator. Need more channels to watch. Clean bathroom

Fair Having to walk at least a mile to our room from the front desk, to what felt like the "step kids" quarters. The area was deserted, none of the vending machines near by worked, and there are no microwaves in the room, so we had to walk over a mile to get food or drinks. The rooms are outdated, we prefer step in showers. Our original room had been given away, so we were in a handicap room, but I'm not sure how anyone handicap would be able to use the outdated bathtub. "The Row" all 3 hotels/casinos in one was nice.
