Poor For the first 2 days of my stay there, there was no hot water to take showers. I came home sick from the trip. I gave them the opportunity to move me now to another floor, or I was checking out and going elsewhere. They moved me down 1 floor to the 10th. I would not stay here again. Convenience of being downtown to everything

Glad it’s over Elena at front desk was rude and short tempered at every interaction. She did not explain where our our room was, how to access the ‘towers’ or where to park. It was another restaurant employee that took time out of her dinner break to show us where to go. Her name was Carol. You need more Carols and no Elena’s. Cheap
