Almost the worst experience in my life We did not know the hotel room advertised is in another building. Having big luggages was not convenient at all. There were two big sets stairs we had to haul. There was no elevator. The elevator is also too old. One party was trying to go up the elevators so we were waiting. After waiting 10 seconds we pressed the elevator again and the same party was still there even after the elevator doors closed. This happened 3 times. The refrigerator in our room is not even cold. Disappointing and will choose differently next time. Parking garage was filthy with trash and broken glass. No signage as to where elevators were located. Asked for a buffet which they did not have. She sent me to another casino (15 minute drive away) . When I arrived, I learned that they had not had a buffet in 3 years. They add $40 per night for a resort fee which was not on booking.com Could have still been a good value but the negatives were pretty high Room was very nice. Very loud neighbors.
Overpriced for what you receive Overprized, paid almost $100 for a room that looked out on a little patio. Could not see the sky just walls. Patio had cigarette buds on the table, gross. Room was not very clean, bathroom sink and fridge area not properly cleaned. Old motel in.need of maintenance. Midway was closed due to an employee appreciation event so no show. Never again stay at the silver legacy Bad service over priced bad location Nothing good
Hotel room was great! Staff was unpleasant. Some staff were rude drove from far just to leave the next day. Because of the staff and atmosphere. The hotel cards were not working which made it hard for us to get in and out of our room also so many extra extra fees when checking in. The property was nice and clean.
Won’t come here again . Everything , customer service was rude with attitude at 4am . Only the heater .
We will stay elsewhere No food available and even the pizza place closed earlier than you advertised. The gambling was dismal. The walk from check in to the room was super long and up and down stairs with all our luggage. The room was very nice.
I would go again, loved the town Pillows were very uncomfortable. Price was a little too high for the rooms. Location was great. Fun experience! Loved the gift shop!
Bad It was so bad we got our money back and left and paid a lot more to stay elsewhere. Nothing, we left and didn't stay.
