Fair There was a person fighting with her partner or whatever and causing my family to be uncomfortable. Then not having a phone that had numbers to call for help was even worse especially where we were located. Then not to get the promised fee refund from the manager due that was informed would occur felt disappointing. Some stains on carpet and a little dirty!

Disappointing We didn't get the room we reserved, we reserved a king bed & when we got to our room, it was 2 queen beds so i called the front desk & told them we got the wrong room, they said, they didn have a king room! Well, what did i reserve! said there was a microwave but there wasn't!! Staff didn't speak English... elevators didn't work properly! No table, We won't go back there. Not much,

Please see above! Accessibility and noisy heating system. The room was very spacious and comfortable, but access for two 80 year olds was a bit difficult (up and down several sets of stairs with no elevator service). The heating element was extremely noisy and awakened us multiple times each night .
