Never staying here again The rude staff member who checked us in she was rude. They changed us from a king to two queens so we were very uncomfortable to sleep. The first room they gave us was not even cleaned and then switched us to another room with still no king bed. Just the location

Very bad experience overall, would not come back rooms were far and we were not given bigger suites we paid for. 1 room had sink overflow with sewage water. main receptioist was very rude and cleaning staff urging us to check out at 10 am family friendly activities but everything closes early and no gift shops or coffee shops open
Disappointing The deposits were more than stated. So was the prices.. You guys need to update your info. This is the second time this has happened. I will be using another agency next time. It was reserved easily. Up until recently booking was my "go to".
