I visited the East Norriton branch on Wednesday 5 7 2025 and had an excellent experience with Nate who helped me with a couple of transactions. He also recommended an interest bearing checking account along with other investment products.I highly recommend Nate and the East Norriton branch for any and all credit union business that you may need.

Friendly environment and relaxed workers eased my nervousness. I have no complaints, it was my first time opening up an account and they patiently helped me through the process despite my lack of knowledge and communication skills.

Very customer oriented. I would have given a top score except that as a new member, I got conflicting answers to simple questions from different customer support staff. Local assistant manager in East Norriton is very knowledgeable, competent and on top of things. I had a rough start because I joined as they were updating systems, which is never a joy for anyone, but I suspect things will smooth out in short order.

My warminster branch office is very helpful and they work like a chain reaction in that once one employee is done their part with the customer they are then moved right along to the next employee. The experience is enjoyable every time. Thanks citadel

I have to strongly disagree with some of the previous reviews. At least in my experience I feel they have some of the best customer service and lowest credit card and loan interest rates around. On numerous occasions they have beat any loan rates I was quotes by a substantial amount. I have been given extreme grace on the few times I may have been late and treated with courtesy at every visit. My only complaint would be the lack of interest on certain savings accounts. I have to say I am shocked at the negative reviews of this branch and the company. Since day one I have had nothing but great experiences with friendly staff, extremely helpful and pleasant, took the time to explain things when I had questions, never made me feel like I was bothering them, etc. My bank was taken over by a complete s*it show of an institution and I was made to feel right at home at CItadel. I wasn't planning on writing a review, but I just saw all these negatives while looking for their phone number. I love my account with them. I have only had great experiences with all of the employees there. I am really happy with all of their perks.

The staff at this Citadel location are great to deal with. We do a lot of banking with them, and in every situation they can be counted on to be professional and friendly. Ask for Dave or Christina (Chris) Great people!

I had a moment at Citadel today. I brought in my credit card payment. I handed it to the teller. "It's late," I told her. As I've mentioned in other reviews, my single-momma finances are in the crapper. Not only was I worried about the late fee, I was worried that my credit is sooooo bad that I was going to get my card yanked if my payment was late.
