So my father has a car loan with citadel and one month he forgets to make a payment. He asks me to call in to make the payment and I do. Since I've done this they have taken my cell phone number and have called me repeatedly if my father is a day late on his payment. I've told them numerous times that I am not the holder of the car loan yet they fail to understand what I am saying. Really?! Used to be a good bank with good service. I used their online banking and Quicken interfaces extensively. Recently, they revamped their online services and now nothing works. You can only access your accounts through the web site if you "register" your computer which amounts to a cookie being created and maintained on your computer by the web browser.
