So far, I am not impressed. Recently opened up a couple accounts since they offer no foreign ATM fees with certain accounts that qualify. Was tired of the double dipping ATM fees from Citizens. Our debit cards were ordered over a month ago and nothing in the mail and not a single call from the bank to advise they are there for collection. I tried to call them to confirm they are at our local branch and after going through the automated system to try and reach a human, it rings and they hang up the phone. Do NOT use this bank. They charge $15 for every month of non-activity. Cancelled my account after they took me for $90! I had this review up before so let's see if it gets taken back down!

So my father has a car loan with citadel and one month he forgets to make a payment. He asks me to call in to make the payment and I do. Since I've done this they have taken my cell phone number and have called me repeatedly if my father is a day late on his payment. I've told them numerous times that I am not the holder of the car loan yet they fail to understand what I am saying. Really?! Used to be a good bank with good service. I used their online banking and Quicken interfaces extensively. Recently, they revamped their online services and now nothing works. You can only access your accounts through the web site if you "register" your computer which amounts to a cookie being created and maintained on your computer by the web browser. Their implementation only works if you are using Internet Explorer and only if you never clean you cookies (which you should do as a suggested security practice). You c... read more
