Finally tried Citizen Soul. The food, portions, cocktails and service were outstanding. Can't wait to go back! I had a burrata appetizer, pan-seared scallops, and the mezcal. So good.

I don't understand why they feel the need to add a 5% surcharge if you use a credit card. Don't have an issue with food or service. If your restaurant depends on a service charge to keep the place the open, just shut down. We won't be back.

ordered a burger to go. the meat was dry, overcooked and recooked and maybe microwaved and burned . can not believe this is the food that comes out of the kitchen very disappointing
Just being perfectly honest, didn't love the food. We went for lunch and ordered a lot of different stuff but just weren't impressed by any of it unfortunately. The morale in the restaurant seemed low from the manager walking around to the wait staff. Obviously could be a wrong observation, but it is how we felt. The presentation of food was nice but taste is more important.
The quality of service has really gone down hill. The older manager that always seems to be there is always rude and short. Don't have a beautiful outside fire pit if you aren't going to use it. We don't mind if short handed, we can go to the bar and get our own drinks and still enjoy the fire.
I had dinner with a group of ladies last night. This was none of our first times eating here and we were all looking forward to our dinner to celebrate a friends birthday. Unfortunately our server ruined the experience for us. Our server Brent O had an attitude from the moment we began to order that lasted until we paid and left. Sat at the bar. Bad choice. Not good bartenders. Food used to be great there but today was really poor. Not sure why. Reassessing this place. Used to be my favorite in downtown Alpharetta.
Ordered FD meal for my dad online, they didn't have the order ready as scheduled by 7:20! Instead the order was prepared after we showed up to pick the food, by the time it was ready the time was 7:50. The portion was small on top of that.
Last night, they seemed very understaffed at Citizen Soul which is probably why nothing turned out right. We wanted to have dinner at the bar but after the starters and my drink I decided not to continue with more food. The Grilled Octopus was very small, and hard, the Flatbread Pizza plain and almost cold. I ordered a Citizen Mule, thinking the splash of peach liquor was going to add to it instead I sent it back cause it tasted like flavored water.
