I left my cat with them for 3 weeks. They promised not to keep her locked up in their small 3 x 3 x 3 cage for the entire time. They did. She did not eat for FOUR (4) days when I got her back. She had diarrhea. She was matted. It took her SIX (6) MONTHS before she would let us pet her again. I thought I was leaving her with people who cared about and knew cats. It makes me sick to think I placed her in this abusive place. It's a pity Yelp will push this information to the bottom of their listing because it gives real fee... read more

I've only purchased prescription diet from them only because they are extremely expensive and also they seem like they can't be bothered when you come in. I just found out I can purchase my Skeeter's prescription diet from PetSmart for $15.00 less for the exact same thing.

The vets there are not professional and they tried to make excuses for not answering my questions and returning calls. Not until I seek for another vet in Encina Vet Hospital, the vet told me that the vets there didn't give my cat enough dose of the medicine. If they don't know how to cure a sick cat with Inflammatory Bowel Disease, ... read more

****DANGEROUS CLINIC**** I took my young cat here because he was acting unusual, and had diarrhea. They hardly even checked him and they sent him home with a "wait and see" diagnosis. His behavior and health didn't change so I followed up with them again a couple days later and they told me to drop him off again. No dice. Last time I dropped him off they didn't even check his temperature. So I took him to Sun Valley Animal Hospital and they were great! Turns out the cat has a urinary infection, which untreated can be fatal.
