Shari Smith of the CJ Properties Team has been phenomenal. I worked with her since 2007, when I bought my property. She helped me find a property, then negotiate with the prior owners, and then managed the property the entire time I had it. Outstanding experience, especially given I’m an out of state owner, who visited the property a few times over the years. She cared about the tenants and the property, and my interests/needs. I absolutely love working with Shari Smith! During inspections it doesn't feel awkward. Just feels like you're giving a friend a tour of your home. She's both professional and caring. I love the way she is right on an issue, if there is one present. Shari is amazing!

Shari Smith is so very nice and helpful, we have rented from cj properties for almost 4 years and havent had a bad experience with any staff or maintenance staff. Been a great experience would rent from them again.

This company is terrible. We did not know who these guys were until our current management company gave some of their accounts to them back in December 2018. We were informed in a letter from our current management company that CJ was taking over and they would be mailing us information on how to pay them. I was not offered anyway to cancel the existing lease as a courtesy or anything. I waited approximately a week into December and called them regarding not having a way to pay them for rent. CJ Realestate has been VERY understanding in our situation and has helped us to solve this problem quickly and efficiently for my sons health! I want to point out a certain person Michelle she has been very helpful in the situation that we dealt with moving in and made sure that we can comfortably live and not have to move again due to medical reasons!
