Don’t bother with this company. An hour before my show time I was sent a very “professional” text by Ms. Tiffany letting me know the listing was removed from the market. I don’t know about you but I don’t enjoy playing games. Especially when I took time off work to be there. It’s bad business so therefore I’d recommend looking elsewhere for a better real estate agency.

We feel it would have been bad customer service on our part if we would have showed you a home that was no longer available. I moved into a CJ Real Estate in Soulard. I love the unit and the organization as a whole have been very easy to work with. I had a concern with my assigned parking, but my original agent Ms. Carrie Rose and Tori Marshall responded to my concern ASAP. Two thumbs up to maintenance department, it take a minute to get my new blinds and toilet, which was due toCovid-19, sheltering in place ban, Jacob and Ryan rocked it out this week! Karen Strong

Horrible! I finally saw a property they had after a no show the 1st time. The home was nice and I was told to put in an application. I did and not even 24hrs later I received and email stating the house was rented and I need to get with an agent and find another property which pissed me off because if you had another applicant they should not have pushed so hard for me to pay the app fee to turn around 10 hrs later to tell me it’s no longer available. Please go back and read the application you signed that says units are shown until approved with deposit and application fees are also non-refundable. You also never sent in documents for us to process your application. I suggest that you have those documents ready the next time you apply for a unit so you do not lose another property. When I first started out I had a problem, thinking that I was talking to a agent from this company, but I was not. I started working with a young lady named Torie who I thought was not in my corner. As time progressed I found out that she was a wonderful person, and truly dedicated to her job. I like to say thank you for having patience, and be their for me even through the corona virus. We rented an apartment that flooded in 6 spots. The problem was metastatic pressure. The owners told the inspector to get it ready to rent again. They (apparently) were not going to fix the problem. So renters before you rent from them, ask if the apartment ever floods. The only good thing that happened in this flooded situation, we got out of our lease. I had to write a 4 page letter explaining how horrible it was living in a flooded apartment. I'm not talking about leaks. Each time it flooded I had to use 15 towels to cle... read more
