This place is AWFUL and a SCAM. My boyfriend and I rented from them, and we will NEVER again. Horrible communication, unfriendly and unprofessional staff, and maintenance doesn't fix a thing. We had MOLD and a water leak coming from one of our walls and they never fixed it. We tried and tried to get ahold of them with no returned phone calls or anything. Disgusting place.
My experience with CJ Real Estate was this morning only, and it was TERRIBLE!!! I had an appointment to view one of their properties. Someone was supposed to meet me there. A car drove in, and the guy got out and looked around outside, never recognizing that I was there. I thought he lived there. After waiting for 30 minutes in my car, I called the main office. I was told, "he's there or around somewhere, just wait a while." I ended up leaving. This is very poor customer service and this is a first impression moment.

Hi Karen, I am sorry this situation happened with our Leasing Agent Ricky. He was there at the appointment time and did not see you in your car. Agents wait for late appointments for 15 minutes before they leave and that is when he called you and realized you were there. The exterior key did not work to get into the building so he is working on getting the key. If you would like to setup another showing, please let me know. I was stressing over the fact, since my sister and I share the rent and she doesn’t work during the Summer, we were not going to make rent the 1st of September. All Summer has been good up until this months rent. Talked it over in depth with Aaron and explained that situation and he made my life easier in 3 minutes! Very awesome customer service and I am thankful he was understanding.

CJ REAL Estate are THE WORTH PLACE TO LIVE IN THERE SO CROOKED , I WOULD'NT RECOMMEND NO ONE IN THERE RIGHT MINE TO LEAVE THERE IF I'D NEW BETTER I WOULD HAVE FOLLOWED MY FIRST MINE AND NOT!!! MOVED IN THERE , I WAS ONLY THERE 6 MONTHS AND THERE WE 3 DIFFERENT MANAGEMENT COMPANIES SCREWING OVER PEOPLE , RENT MONEY AND EVERYTHING ELSE , EVERY WEEK THERE WERE AT LEAST 3-4 PEOPLE MOVNG OUT . IF YOU WANT AND LIKE NICE PLACE PLEASE " DON'T MOVE THERE PLEASE!!!!

Shari always did a fantastic job when coming to my house for inspections going above and beyond to have a maintenance team sent out to do needed repairs on my home normally by the next business day

My review is below. They have asked me to call them when I have repeatedly explained why I will not speak to them over the phone. There was a phone call that happened back in December when they took over my apartment complex and they claimed that it never happened. Therefore, I do not trust them. I have tried to tell them this and to contact me via Email but they ignore everything.
