The maintenence manager, Sheila, has went above and beyond with communication and getting a leaky ceiling in my apartment fixed. She personally contacted me everytime something changed and kept every step of the process completely transparent. I personally believe she made this situation as stress free for me as she could and I can't thank her enough for her patience and efforts to get stuff done. Truly an all star.

I could go on for days but here it is... There have been MANY issues with the dwelling we are renting from cj properties. Plumbing and an insurance claim to be exact. The ONLY person that did anything to address the issues was Sheila from the maintenance department. Once we were connected with her, after most of the damage was already done, everything was handled. We have lived at our property for 2 years and had 4 PM companies. We were so happy to hear we would be working with CJ Properties. They are quickly responsive, customer service is readily available and they make sure you are up-to-date with contacts and what is going on in your area with weather changes or financial help. I have not had a PM company provide so many beneficial resources. They repair any issues quickly! :-). I work with Christy Jones often.

I was freaking out, due to garbage disposal was leaking. Mrs. Sheila Williamson walked me through the steps to find the problem and put an order in for. She is absolutely wonderful, living this company.

This housing company is the absolute worst! They half ass fix everything. They charge you an extra fee to work with them as if they are some housing association. The house we live in was dirty and unfinished when they said we could move in, pushing us back 2 weeks, and then expect us to have it looking like an Ikea display for showing now that we're moving out — or we don't get our deposit back. Do not use them! Rent anywhere else.
