I am pleased with the company. They are very helpful when I call or the come to a settlement. I am glad all the phone calls stopped. They are polite and repecrful.The only thing that is preventing me from giving 5 stars is the representative said it should only take 3 to four months to negotiate the settlements in almost 1 year and they have just settled the 4th and have 2 to go.Otherwise I am very satisfied

They did not speak with all of my creditors as promised. My credit is way worse than it was and I fully regret signing up with them. You get a different account manager every time you call in because they cant keep people either. Just negotiate with your creditors yourself.

I called and asked for updated information or status on my defaulted loans and a woman answered, let me turn you over to a supervisor that may be able to give you more information. I heard a baby crying in the background and was hung up on. Bad customer service, very unprofessional.
