Clarity Debt Resolution Inc. or its agents offers clients a loan then sell them their Debt Resolution. They lie to customers promising that their debt will be paid in full by Clarity and then they will repay it back monthly.They takes months before settling debts while collecting their fees of 25% up front from you first payments. Please stay away from Clarity Debt Resolution.I was able to negotiate a better deal with not fees.

Total waste of money! They did not deliver their services as originally outlined. They made a significant error, which they admitted and this resulted in me being sued by a creditor. Their legal plan did not cover a required response to the lawsuit, and I had to pay their attorney for handling this when it was their admitted error. Their fees were ridiculous, and their customer service was extremely poor. Would not recommend at all! Total waste of time and money.

My experience with this company was anything but pleasant. At first, everything seemed fine the way the representative explained the process. It wasn't until months later that I realized the huge mistake I'd made. Not only was my credit seriously damaged, but they also wanted to increase my monthly payment. They make promises they can't keep and want to constantly increase the contracted monthly payment to a greater amount with every single "settlement" they reach. They lure you in with promises and s**** you over as quickly as they can. Not worth it, just settle yourself! So far, I had really high hopes about the program until about 8 months ago. 9 of the 16 accounts I had in the program went to litigation, and the amounts Clariy offered to settle after litigiation were ridiculous! I hired a lawyer and paid several thousand dollars, and these were thrown out. My monthly drafts are more than the debt I have left, and I asked to be removed from the program or to settle the last debt. Clarity is the worst company, do not rely on them, choose a non profit such as Green Path. They do not deserve even one star. Example: They collected $989.80 monthly, totaling $7918.40. Payments to creditor (needs to be verified) $1457.85. The FEES that were charged $4423.49. Clarity was assigned 4 accounts, all from the same lender. Clarity negotiated, ineptly, 2 accounts. Do not do business with Clarity they are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They start out telling you that the fees you start out with will cover them handling all of the credit card accounts you turn over to them. Then they settle the smallest one and leave the others hanging until they go to court and then they say sign up for legal protection which is another joke. They are not honest,they lie to you about the program.

Scammers. My debt was around 15k. Took my money for almost 5 years, $461 a month while paying one creditor at a time meanwhile the others are filing lawsuits on me for unpaid monthly payments. Eventually was sued for more then twice the amount after they couldnt workout a deal with Best Buy. (4K minus total debt).
