Avoid at all costs. This has been one of the most awful and infuriating experiences Ive ever dealt with. The sales *** makes everything sound simple when youre at your most vulnerable, but once youre actually in the program, the support disappears. BEWARE!Do not enter into an agreement or contract with this company until you truly review and lay out what you are able to do on your own.They will collect fees that at first because you are in a difficult situation will sound like a great benefit to you. The sales staff are amazing.The salesperson will not be there for you after the fact. The support staff are super programmed with canned responses. Do not use Clarity Debt Resolution. They lied about timelines, kept taking money after the debt was already paid, and ****** every reasonable request for a straight answer. They dragged the process out for years, ignored the spirit of their own contract, and focused on piling on fees instead of actually resolving debt. THEY BLATANTLY LIED TO **** DONT SAVE YOU MONEY!!!! IN 2024- after MULTIPLE discussions asking questions & making sure I knew EXACTLY what the program entailed... Not getting that warm fuzzy feeling that I can trust them...I've only been with them since June of 2025 and have already been served papers by one of my creditors. That is without missing any payments. They tell you to email ************ if you are served papers for legal assistance. PLEASE STAY AWAY from this company. Horrible service. They sat on funds for 30 days to payoff my last two creditors and acted like it was no big deal. Obviously, my credit continues to suffer because their lack of doing what they are supposed to do. With all the fees they charge and slowness of their work, you aren't saving much in the long run!

I am filing this complaint because Clarity Debt Resolution has completely failed to provide the services I enrolled for, refused to communicate with me, and ignored multiple written cancellation requests. Since joining their program, none of my debts have been settled, no services have been performed, and every message I sent through their portal and email went unanswered. I trusted Clarity Debt Resolution to assist me with my debts. Over the course of a few months I had sent them 1100. They promised to contact my debtors using a power of attorney. One of my debtors was contacting me often stating they didnt mind working with them but they cant do it without a POA. Ifelt I was babysitting clarity. Extremely shady/dishonest company that will do everything they can to charge you additional fees! They want people to default on their payments so they can keep all the money the person has paid toward their debts. They keep your monthly payment in an account they set up until they can pay off the total amount owed.
