Stay away from this site. Your bank can help you with this type of issue. They are talking advantage of people. They don't answer any calls. Leave any of this off. Do your own financial issues.

Scam. One of the worst decisions I've ever made. Find another company do not choose Clarity. I'm 41 months into a 44 month program only to find out they want to extend it another 14 months AND need more money. I should have been smarter and feel dumb for getting into this situation in the first place. Do not give this company your money. They will string you along. Customer service is a joke. No one can explain anything. The initial paperwork I signed is NOTHING like what the situation is now.

Beware of Clarity Debt Resolution Fees upfront before your debts are paid (25% per enrolled debt)I regret ever trusting Clarity Debt Resolution with my hard-earned money. Instead of helping me get out of debt, they took outrageous fees that only made my situation worse. They deduct $1946/month from my bank for almost 2 years now but it's been taking a while before 2 other creditors can be negotiated and I'm finding out that it's because their fees are to be paid first before the creditor. Total scam! They told me in the initial call that it should only take 2-3 months to complete all negotiations. After a year they had negotiated the two smallest debts, collecting their $395 a month the whole time, only $120 of which was going into the escrow account to pay the negotiated debts! This is the worst debt resolution company ever!! Dont fall for it or you will regret.I was looking for a loan to recover and they offered this program.After 15 months paying them $395, they just resolved my littlest account just over 1 thousand. They kept all the money and left me with more interest on my other accounts and collections that I didnt have before being in this program. Be careful what they tell you on the phone because they will 100% LIE!!! I talked in length with them on the phone. I started my account and did as instructed with my credit card companies from Clarity. I have made every payment on time and did everything I was told I needed to do. I was told that after 6 on time payments they would provide me a loan to pay off the remaining accounts and this would begin my credit rebuild process. Hello, be careful with this company, it's a lie. I spent 9 months paying $540 dollars to fix my credit and they didn't do anything and I cancelled and they didn't give me my money back. They stole $5,876 from me.

I'm leaving this review as a warning to any new possible customers. Do NOT go with ********************** for debt relief. We, in good faith went to Clarity to pay off out debt in a consolidation form. They told us that we need to stop paying our creditors. So we did. They warned us we would get sued. We did. And then, when they settle with these companies they increased the monthly payment by 50% two times. They started out saying it'll ONLY be 500 dollars a month. I was offered a service that promised to notify my creditors within 30 days, informing them that Clarity would be in touch to negotiate my accounts. Additionally, I was assured that Clarity would work towards resolving my debts with my creditors within a six-month timeframe, and that I would be a suitable candidate for a loan through Clarity at the conclusion of this period.
