If I could give it less I would Im currently with them and they have not paid veritas on time even after putting in extra money just for them and Im in the middle of a law suit and clarity does not pay the third party legal department they use and that company is refusing services while clarity is still taking my money

I just looked at my accounts and they seem to be paid off. However, Clarity is still collecting $300 a month with no end date until well into 2026! I also have had problems with unreturned phone calls

This company flat out lied about how their process works. Stating that my credit would be slightly affected while keeping my accounts open. Nope I'm getting delinquent late payments on my record. something they said would not ********* taking legal action.

Do not do business with Clarity they are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They start out telling you that the fees you start out with will cover them handling all of the credit card accounts you turn over to them. Then they settle the smallest one and leave the others hanging until they go to court and then they say sign up for legal protection which is another joke. I am furious!!! You people should be ashamed of yourself.. This is a BS SCAM. You can settle your debts on your own without these lying scammers taking all your money and doing nothing but paying fees while all your accounts sit and go unpaid AND CHARGE OFF. Do not. I repeat do not use this company. I received a flyer from ************** and to later find out it was connected Clarity debt resolution. We were told certain amount to pay, but was not informed that it may increase. Later to find out that our payments needed to be increased. We went along with that thinking that this was going to be the last increase on our payment. Much to find out it was not. Have been paying for about 6 mo. Clarity dropped the ball, ended up getting a judgement against me. They have done nothing.they have quit taking available resources from my account. There excuse was availability and that is not correct. Called wanting to talk to *******, they did not let me do that.

My experience with Clarity started in Sept 2023 by responding to a mail solicitation from Silver Lake Financial for a consolidation loan. The reply I received was from Clarity Debt Resolution with the plan repayment amounts. I did check ********************* reviews prior to submitting the loan request , but failed to check reviews for Clarity.
