$621.90 this is the amount of fees that I was charged out of the first payment I made. Which was the only payment made. In fact I canceled the program within the first month because I was being told by creditors that they had not received any contact from *******. When I called to cancel the woman we spoke to was extremely rude to both myself and husband. We finally got her to cancel everything after having to argue back and forth with her for a while. This busy does not provide the service and resolution they promise at the time they are contracting for your busy! My Cedit went from 700+ to 600 and dropping due to their lack of follow through on their commitment! I will turn this case over to an attorney.

It is a very slow and long process not clearly explained or defined. Later, I Became aware of all kinds of hidden fees. My credit score suffered and became way to low. Every month $1211 is deposited, and It's hard to determine when all my debt accounts will be settled. Also, having two dashboards CFT and Clarity debt relief is difficult to correlate. And statements cannot be obtained. Not too happy with the process.

I opened an account 10/2023 and as of today 08/2024 I still have unresolved debt. I still have 3 accounts that are not settled, and the one has filed a summons against me within the court system. This is not my fault and should have never gotten to this point. Now it shows against me when it really Clarity should have already resolved this.

In January of 2024, I was told, after three months of deposits into an escrow account, ********************** would start to negotiate with my creditors. Three months passed and they said in six months. Six months came and I was told more money was needed to negotiate. I asked for the money they collected, which they returned. However, there were numerous charges including $600 for legal help, which I never needed. The total I paid out with all the fees was $976.65, which I will never see. THIS IS A RIP OFF!!!

I'm sure the 5 star reviews on this page are employees of Clarity, because it's a complete sham. After a major accident of me being hit by a drunk driver, I found myself burdened with debt I couldn't handle. I started the process with Clarity through Debt Hunch. From the start they were, in hindsight, deceitful and manipulative. Clarity negotiated a settlement with ************* then ************ backed out but Clarity kept their fee. I've been asking for 6 months why ************ backed out of the agreement and why the fee is not returned since the no agreement was made. Clarity returned answers such as "our notes do not have records of your request, we have to ask the negotiators, or we will get back to you." Then, Clarity calls me and ask for more cash to settle a debt. When I asked if this will lower my terms, they said no. I kept asking why not... read more

Terrible company to work with, I have a collection on my credit called then and they advised me what to do but this is what I paid then to do. I still have received credit to my loan that was given to payoff my accounts. Now I have to end up paying the full amount because nobody seems to know where the money. I have tried to address this issue several times still don't get a call back.

I didnt have a good experience. Never returned any .phone calls. Did not communicate any resolution. When I looked at Mo Clarity bank account, it said I had less money up in than I did. I had creditors breathing down my neck and when I called Clarity to quell my fear ven though fees where adding up on my debt. it would be worth your while to pick another debt resolution company.
