Working with this company has been a disaster! I have been extremely disappointed by the run around! Seven months working with them and they have only settled with one of my desired four creditors! I can not get straight answers to my concerns they constantly give me misleading and wise responses! Have also dealt with too many different individuals instead of a consistent agent. This is a scam, *********************** called me within a few seconds to sign up and now I can not get him to return my calls, the process was so overwhelming that it seemed like it was a savior process for me given I was drowning in credit cards payments but then looking over it, few hours, it is not worth it. I tried to cancel the contract, but I was unable to, and *********************** ghosted me, even the customer service number he gave me, is no good.

Started July 2022, they had 3 accounts of mine and only worked on one in in 4 months. At end of Dec 2023, my house had a lien put on my house, had to refinance to pay it off through the courts becuase they did nothing. Then the last one went to a debt collector. Sent that to them on Feb 6th and now its 3/1 got the money in my account with them and they say the same thing over and over. Mostly I had to pay more that what i had to pay in the beginning. My client solution specialist is not returning my calls or my emails. It has been over 90 days now and I was told that they would reach aggrements with the creditors. But that is not true, I keep getting calls from all my credit card companies and they keep harassing me. I feel like this company is a scam and I have already made 3 payments over 90 days.
This company is an absolute disgrace. Ironically, there were only negative reviews from the past few months and they magically disappeared. I tried to email and message clarity about my account approximately 10 times during a two month period with ZERO response. Poor customer service! Payments are being debited earlier than what we agreed upon!
I just signed a contract with them and am beginning to doubt if they are legit. I have sent several messages with no response. I hope they work with creditors better than they work with customers!
I learned about ************ Debt Resolution about a year ago. I signed up with them and they made me feel like they could help me and give me peace of mind. About 3-4 months into it, they changed their name to Clarity Debt Resolution.
