Be careful what they tell you on the phone because they will 100% LIE!!! I talked in length with them on the phone. I started my account and did as instructed with my credit card companies from Clarity. I have made every payment on time and did everything I was told I needed to do. I was told that after 6 on time payments they would provide me a loan to pay off the remaining accounts and this would begin my credit rebuild process. Hello, be careful with this company, it's a lie. I spent 9 months paying $540 dollars to fix my credit and they didn't do anything and I cancelled and they didn't give me my money back. They stole $5,876 from me.

I'm leaving this review as a warning to any new possible customers. Do NOT go with ********************** for debt relief. We, in good faith went to Clarity to pay off out debt in a consolidation form. They told us that we need to stop paying our creditors. So we did. They warned us we would get sued. We did. And then, when they settle with these companies they increased the monthly payment by 50% two times. They started out saying it'll ONLY be 500 dollars a month. I was offered a service that promised to notify my creditors within 30 days, informing them that Clarity would be in touch to negotiate my accounts. Additionally, I was assured that Clarity would work towards resolving my debts with my creditors within a six-month timeframe, and that I would be a suitable candidate for a loan through Clarity at the conclusion of this period. I was told at the beginning that they would contact the companies i owe money to and let them know i was in the debt relief program. And I keep getting emails saying I'm going to get in trouble because I haven't paid them in so long. I see people writing reviews telling everyone that Clarity calls them every month and checks in with them. This company is a scam. If you have cc debt don't pay it for several months and you will get offers from creditors or lower interest loan offers. Don't fall for it. I'm going to have to loose 8 months of payments they have stole from me ,close all my bank accounts and take care of these myself. I was in bad shape, now 8 months later I'm in really bad shape. Tomorrow is my first payment deducting from my pay into this company. Reading the BBB reviews, scares me alot, reluctant if i am pulling the transaction with this company...In the reviews, they said that you should have 30% of your payments before they will start paying and communicating the debt and most of the time this creditors will sue you eventually:-(AM hoping they will start negotiating or talking to the credit companies i owe.

If I could give a zero I would this business is a total scam. They will ruin your credit get you in trouble with your creditors and do very little to resolve your debt. So far Ive had them for three months and paid them about 1600. Of that 50 has gone towards resolving my debt and theyve taken out 1300 in fees that went to their own pockets. If i could give one start review i would. when i first signed into what was called ************* now clairty debt resolution with the senior underwriter *** *******. i was told i this was my only option to getting out of debt and once enrolled in the program to ignore all calls from my creditors so they can only work directly with them (thats how they get the commission, if you settle outside of this company they dont get paid) 87K of debt to be exact. i was quoted for 36 month program. and now two years and three months int... read more
