Ads tell you the report will reveal legal/criminal history, dating and social profiles, email address, dating history and more. The report I got gave the persons name and one email address.i already knew these two pieces of information! Ridiculous. I canceled and requested a refund since they did not provide what they promise. Since I declined a monthly subscription they refused to refund, what a scam! Why would I buy more when I got nothing the first time I tried!

They have been ripping me off since Sept 2024, ****** per month and not one call to negotiate to credit cards. Hope they get what's coming to them!!!!!! Never Ever go with this company!!!! Big big rip off horrible **** ******

I have 1 debt left to pay and I have the funds in my account to pay it fully and nothing has been done in 5 months to settle this debt. I am not getting any help from anyone that I have talked to at Clarity ****************
Not too happy today! Clarity called me and said they needed to double up on my payments even up to $1000.???I hit the roof! I have been with them for 1 1/2 years and account is suppose to close in 2026. What's up with that they said if I declined the debitors could sue me??Anyone else have this happen?

Stay away from this site. Your bank can help you with this type of issue. They are talking advantage of people. They don't answer any calls. Leave any of this off. Do your own financial issues.

Scam. One of the worst decisions I've ever made. Find another company do not choose Clarity. I'm 41 months into a 44 month program only to find out they want to extend it another 14 months AND need more money. I should have been smarter and feel dumb for getting into this situation in the first place. Do not give this company your money. They will string you along. Customer service is a joke. No one can explain anything. The initial paperwork I signed is NOTHING like what the situation is now.
Beware of Clarity Debt Resolution Fees upfront before your debts are paid (25% per enrolled debt)I regret ever trusting Clarity Debt Resolution with my hard-earned money. Instead of helping me get out of debt, they took outrageous fees that only made my situation worse. They deduct $1946/month from my bank for almost 2 years now but it's been taking a while before 2 other creditors can be negotiated and I'm finding out that it's because their fees are to be paid first before the creditor. Total scam! They told me in the initial call that it should only take 2-3 months to complete all negotiations. After a year they had negotiated the two smallest debts, collecting their $395 a month the whole time, only $120 of which was going into the escrow account to pay the negotiated debts! This is the worst debt resolution company ever!! Dont fall for it or you will regret.I was looking for a loan to recover and they offered this program.After 15 months paying them $395, they just resolved my littlest account just over 1 thousand.
