I'm sure the 5 star reviews on this page are employees of Clarity, because it's a complete sham. After a major accident of me being hit by a drunk driver, I found myself burdened with debt I couldn't handle. I started the process with Clarity through Debt Hunch. From the start they were, in hindsight, deceitful and manipulative. Clarity negotiated a settlement with ************* then ************ backed out but Clarity kept their fee. I've been asking for 6 months why ************ backed out of the agreement and why the fee is not returned since the no agreement was made. Clarity returned answers such as "our notes do not have records of your request, we have to ask the negotiators, or we will get back to you." Terrible company to work with, I have a collection on my credit called then and they advised me what to do but this is what I paid then to do. I still have received credit to my loan that was given to payoff my accounts. Now I have to end up paying the full amount because nobody seems to know where the money. I have tried to address this issue several times still don't get a call back.

I didnt have a good experience. Never returned any .phone calls. Did not communicate any resolution. When I looked at Mo Clarity bank account, it said I had less money up in than I did. I had creditors breathing down my neck and when I called Clarity to quell my fear ven though fees where adding up on my debt. it would be worth your while to pick another debt resolution company.

Please reconsider doing any business with this company. I was told I would mot be charged anything until the girst debt was settled. They lied and have been using my money for all sorts of fees. I put in over $1000.00s and had $155 in my account when I checked it. This is a scam! I asked for a refund for the entire amount snd was refunded $155. When they sell you the program, everything is peaches and cream.they speak beautifully to you, with respect and they do explain it to you, in an alluring way.but I cancelled even before the contract started and respect went out the window.cancelling was next to impossible, took 40 minutes of them trying to convince to stay.luckily, I cancelled before they even took any money, I cannot imagine trying to get a ***** back from this company.I was called names when they realized their attempts to convince me where not successful.... read more

H*** on earth! Collecting $477 from me each month and holding $3666 of my funds. Refusing to negotiate with my last debtor, who I owe less than $5000.Repeated calls-no negotiation. They refuse to return calls to my debtor.
