We had another company . . . never realized what a poor job they were doing until we switched to Clark . . . More expensive but far better bug control.

In my opinion Clark is overcharging customers. Just to come every 2 month and do some spraying and charging for that $89 every time, I think is too much. I believe our contract will end in November, therefore we will not renew the contract for another year with Clark. thank you.

I have commented before to your tech that my back yard is infested with fleas brought in by skunks, possums, raccoons, etc. I continue to have a flea infestation. Your service is really expensive compared with your competition.

We are happy with our home service by Ron, however, we were thoroughly disgusted with the termite inspectors we had and would never have them in our home again, ever! Nor will we use Clark Pest Control to do any of our repair work.

I have had excellent communication in regard to home and yard spraying,schedules,in home spray.Each rep who comes to home is efficient and fast and complete.I have recently cancelled my rat-box fee and problem due to the fact that you never really get rid of rats.It was useless to try and resume rat control,their babie multiple faster then my income.lol In the future I will be shopping around for a more ecominical pricing when it comes to service.Nothing about you at all ,it is the pricing I need to get down.I have service a... read more

I m really unhappy with the billing process. I paid for one year service with a major credit card. I expected to be notified when my year was up. Instead I get a call saying that I owe you $84.00 for service as you automatically renewed my contract without my permission or consent. They at first attempted to charge that to a credit card that I had cancelled now I received a bill in the mail. I really do not like underhanded situations. We are always very pleased with the friendly & timely service reps who come to our home. However, as long-time, all-encompassing, monthly customers, it is distressing the vast number of limitations actually provided, when advertised otherwise. We've been told we must throw out all unopened packaged products of rice, pasta, etc. in kitchen cabinetry.
