We have used Clark Pest Control for the last 14 years...when we moved 3 years ago, our new house had sooo many black widows in the front and back yard. They loved the crevasses in our brick. Clark Pest control has been servicing my house for years and recently a swarm of bees were getting in the crack of my house and forming a hive in my attic walls. Wife called CPC and Aaron came out to examine my issue. He is well versed with bees and educated me on how bee's behave and what I needed to do. I've been using them since I purchased my home, they have great customer service and the service has been great. I hate bugs, sorry to whatever organizations saves bugs but I do not like them anywhere in my house. I had a huge ant problem when I bought this house and since they serviced my house have never had an ant problem or bug problem. When I do start to see any type of bug inside or outside, I call and they come right away. I'm a very happy customer.
We developed a rat problem under our BBQ in Pacific Palisades. The wood for the pizza oven is a tempting place for them to live, I guess. Yesterday, I set out to find someone to help me solve the problem and WHAT a nightmare. Everyone is booked for 2-weeks and wanting to do an "inspection" not the work. Been using Clark for almost a year, great service and follow up. Called today in a pinch after having a vent invaded by a swarm of bees. They came out within 20 minutes of my call and took care of the problem. I can't thank them enough.
Aaron is simply amazing. We were recommended to Aaron by many friends of ours after we thought we had a tarantula living between the wall of our house and a wood beam. He was in the neighborhood so he stopped by within minutes of our phone call. Turns out we had bats nesting in this space. He quickly took care of the situation and put up a mesh screen to keep them out. Price was lower than compared companies. He will now be our go to guy!
Just want to give a HUGE shout out to Matt & Kanan from Clark Pest Control who came out to terminate and exterminate what we thought were Bed Bugs. Not only did we not have Bed Bugs (thank gosh!!), they were honest, did not charge us for coming out with all the equipment for the job and were so kind and courteous to us. We called clark when we discovered a cockroach infestation. There was an initial scheduling mix-up which was rather frustrating but after complaining on the phone Theresa came out ASAP and took care of business. She was very knowledgable and thorough in her work. We signed up for a year-long service plan to keep those roaches at bay and so far have been pleased with the service and quick response time.
This company is the Best! I had a very situation with pests at my house. I highly recommend Jeff and Shannon, these two PCO officers. They just did the third, and last treatment on my house. They were super thorough, kind and compassionate. Thoroughly inspected, educated me and sent great preparation emails from the company Rep.
