Thank you so much to Teresa at Clark! I only spoke with her on the phone, twice, and needed advice on a pest situation. I wasn't sure if I needed their service or if I had other choices. She took so much time to talk to me, and calm me down! I don't like pests!!! She saved me so much money and was 100% honest. She could have easily talked me into doing something I didn't need to do, however, she was seemingly more concerned about my situation than ripping me off, as so many places could have done! I have been using Clark pest control for several years and had always received excellent service. But it wasn't till recently I stared dealing with one of there techs by the name of Avery. Talk about exceeding expectations!!, Avery really goes beyond what you would expect from a pest control tech. He gets the job done and he does it with pride!!! We were loyal to this place for over 5 years. They switched companies and stop sending people to service my house. Because of this we had a Major ant infestation. We contacted them explaining we need someone to come early to my location as we have small Children and the ants were truly out of control. They refused and never sent anyone. We used Clark for 10 years without too many issues. Over the past few months, we were receiving bill after bill with no explanation of what months it covered. After we complained and waited for a return call for an explanation, our service was canceled. When asked to restart, they quoted an enormous rate hike. I'm glad this happened. From other reviews, I see there are more companies out here with much better reviews. My advice: Buyer Beware

They require annual contract, or I was told on phone. I just wanted to get rid of a rat in my house which my dog took care of after a while

Horrible ...... For approximately ten years we used Clark with no problems. Recently they canceled our service without notice. Clark claims that to "re-start service" our price would significantly increase and we would have to sign a contract due to "new rat poison" that was required by the state two months ago. They said an additional phone call would be required. Clark never called. To this day....(30 days+) still no phone call from Clark. Very unprofessional.

I called to get an estimate about cockroaches control and they got back to me pretty quickly, they made me an appointment the same day , but gets what .... they didn't show up. I called them and they said that the technician was trying to call me and I didn't answer. Why I wouldn't answer if I'm the one that needs their service?

Absolutely awful. I hired Leo Clark three months ago to get the rats out of my attic. Countless phone calls (with few call back), dozens of appointments to have technicians set/check traps and, two months in, figure out they hadn't sealed off their entrances, and I still have rats. To top it off, last weekend the tech who was sent out found that the rodents has chewed through my Ethernet cables, so who knows about my electrical wiring. And now I'm listening to rats run amok at 3:30 am. I couldn't be more disappointed

Worse company that has ever tried fixing my house problems. Not only did they never show up after their initial visit, but they ripped me off and was overpriced for no reason. They charged an initial fee as well as a monthly fee AND a cancellation fee once I realized how horrible their services were. Completely unprofessional and did not even try to make up for their mistakes. I don't recommend this to anyone. If you're looking for a way to lose money, this is how.
