Canvasser/salesman named Jordan came to the house and was rude and would not take no for an answer when I told him I was not interested in his service. As someone who steps on my property you are a guest and should act accordingly. I don't know why I would ever use a company that trains their people to act improperly

Nobody has reached out to this day to resolve my issue and I still have collections harassing me. Please do yourself a favor and choose another company. Clarks will screw you over and send you to collections when you refuse to pay for service you didn't ask for.

In 2012 we moved out of state after having Clark service for many years. We had a big home. Now we are back here in a smaller home, we have/had a company for rats and mice in the area outside. A salesman came to the door a couple of months ago, and told me how they treat the rodent problem. I signed up, and did an automatic debit. The service man showed up the following day and when I spoke to him about the treatment plan, I got a different story. This company is trash. I agreed for a service with them and contract, then never showed up on the first day and didn't even schedule the appointment, no call no show. Do yourself a favor and find a different pest control company who has their shit together and are organized. This company is Mickey Mouse

Had the service years ago and loved it! My tech was so nice and Pamela in the office was beyond amazing. In a world when we all get recorded lines when we call businesses, she was so great and patient. Fast forward to our new home we are in, and called to get service with them, again. The phone people are a disgrace. Degrading and interrupting and condisending to say it kindly. The after hours answering service was better by far! let me ask you to review the following that we have found with clark pest control 1)how many stars do you give a company that asks you what needs to be done & then the employee disapeers 2 minutes after you do? *( folks please get yourself indoor & outdoor cameras watch what they uhhh don't do!! i told the guy i was going to go grab lunch, i wasn't gone a couple minutes to come back for my phone, and the clark guy was gone!!! i checked my cameras, double checked my other, even asked my neighbor if his picked up any move... read more

Clark was our go-to pest control company for years when Theresa was servicing our yard. Great communication and service; always contacted us to arrange a service time so we could bring our dogs inside and unlock the gate. When she retired, no one notified us, and somebody just showed up at the door just as I was leaving to perform the service! I said no, and that needed to contact us ahead of time. Had a very bad experience with Clark. They mentioned before I signed a contract that I can cancel anytime, they clearly said I can cancel anytime when they came into my home multiple times, and did not mention anything about cancellation fee , I know, my bad to not read contract thoroughly, but at the same time, I feel its their responsibility to give us required information before getting us into the program.
