Signed up for a year contact, waste of money. Still had pest problems. Couldn't wait for it to end!
I really wanted to go with a local business but I'll probably switch away from Clark. You can't get into our side yard, backyard or garage without someone to let you in, so I've requested multiple times that the rep call a day or two before to see when we'll be home. They usually don't, and either just spray in the front yard (not the problem area) or ask my nanny to let them in (which I've asked them not to do-- she's not comfortable with this). I had a very bad experience with Clark , cancelled my service with them 4 months ago and they're still billing me , when I called the customer service got upset and rude . I won't recommend this company at all . Not even worth 1 star
We have had a service with Clark for a number of years and the service representative VIC had been very helpful, efficient and effective in his service and keeping our home inside and out free of bugs and other seasonal creatures. Once we were assigned to a different representative, we immediately notice the difference in effectiveness -why we do not know-. Called them for wasp problem. They said they would be out the next day. I hired them to remove the wasp problem and they said that they would do so. The service tech arrived when agreed and tried to upsell me to a yearly contract. He advised me that the company would not do the wasp job unless I signed up for the continuing service. This "fact" was never mentioned on the phone. Still have wasps and had to hire someone else to come out tomorrow morning.
I used Clark for subterranean termites. They said they would have to drill some holes in my concrete hardscape around most of my house, but said they would put concrete back in after injection of chemicals and that they could match the color of the concrete pretty close. After drilling thru a water pipe, one hole became much larger. They got a plumber within a couple of hours to fix the pipe. Now the issue. None of the concrete was color matched at all. Horrific. I called to get an inspection on a property I am interested in purchasing, set up an appointment. They then called my realtor and confirmed with him the appointment. Well, the day comes for the inspection and nobody shows up. I call and they tell me that they have never received any appointment from me. I was getting bit or irritated by something in my house for weeks, and it was tormenting me. I suspected after some thorough research that it might be bed bugs, but there was zero evidence of bed bugs (feces, blood on the sheets, shed skin, etc), so I was confused. Freakin' Horrible Service!!! When I called it sounded like they were in chaos as if they didn't know what they were doing! They said they would have a tech contact me. The tech got back to me only once several hours later while I was running errands on my motorcycle. I returned the call and I left a very detailed message and never got a return call.
